Spice Use List

Introduction

This list is compiled from spices and other cooking ingredients that people have requested as labels for their spice jars.

In most cases I have tried to indicate some of the uses that I was able to find for the ingredients. You can use the search function to find spices/ingredients that might be used in a dish you are making. There is an X marking whether each spice/ingredient is in the Standard Spice List, or must be added by the customer.

I am not a trained cook, so I have used the internet and the labels on commercial spices to collect some of the suggested uses for these spices. I welcome your comments and additions to this list and the possible uses of these ingredients.
